Food Manufacturing Skills Excellence Awards
In addition to the main category awards we will once again be running the Food Manufacturing Skills Excellence Awards, these comprise two categories:
- Diversity in Recruitment: Recognising excellence in recruiting from diverse groups
- Productivity through Skills: Recognising excellence in food and drink manufacturing productivity
From entries for the category awards, the following will also be presented on the night:
Judges Special Award: Presented to the entrant which demonstrates outstanding achievement in one particular area of activity.
Small Company of the Year: Awarded to the best small UK food or drink manufacturer (typically employing fewer than 100 people and with a turnover of less than £10 million a year)
Food Manufacture Personality of the Year: Now in it's fourth year this award will be presented to the individual who has done most over the past year to raise the profile of the industry. The winner will be selected by a poll of Food Manufacture's readership from a shortlist of candidates compiled by the Food Manufacture editorial team.
Food Manufacture Company of the Year 2010: This coveted title goes to the overall winner, selected from the individual category winners.
