Entries to the 2011 awards are now closed.
If you are interested in entering the 2012 awards please email rebecca.george@wrbm.com stating which category you are interested in entering.
You may enter either/or both the Category and Skills awards.
Category Awards
The categories open to enter are:- Ambient Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Bakery Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Beverages Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Chilled Food Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Dairy Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Fresh Produce Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Frozen Foods Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Meat and Poultry Manufacturing Company of the Year
- Seafood Manufacturing Company of the Year
Skills Awards
In addition to the main category awards we will once again be running the Skills Awards. These comprise of two categories:
- Diversity in Recruitment: Recognising excellence in recruiting from diverse groups
- Training Programme of the Year
From entries for the category awards, the following will also be presented on the night:
Judges Special Award: Presented to the entrant that demonstrates outstanding achievement in one particular area of activity.
Small Company of the Year: Awarded to the best small UK food or drink manufacturer (typically employing fewer than 100 people and with a turnover of less than £10 million a year).
Food Manufacture Personality of the Year: Now in it's fifth year this award will be presented to the individual who has done most over the past year to raise the profile of the industry. The winner will be selected by a poll of Food Manufacture's readership from a shortlist of candidates compiled by the Food Manufacture editorial team.
Food Manufacturing Company of the Year 2011: This coveted title goes to the overall winner, selected from the individual category winners.
